City in the Blue Rain

This is a little picture that I took today in Boston originally I was going to mesh to pictures together, however I thought that instead I would tint it and play around with the filter to try to capture the idea that the rain can be a symbol for sadness and depression, similair to the buety of the music genre of Blues. Anyway enough with me being up my own ass... XD
